About the talk

Every evolution begins with a shift in perspective. In the age of GenAI, the way we construct meaning is one of the key drivers of innovation. This talk explores how we co-create new ways of learning with AI. Drawing on constructivist psychology and real-world innovations with AI L&D agents, Jelena will share stories of what happens when technology is a partner in growth.

Participants will experience a live demonstration of an AI agent interaction, followed by interactive feedback and reflection. The session invites us to question: what perspectives do we need to evolve, both individually and collectively, to unlock the next stage of human-AI collaboration?
